STEP 1: GET GOOD SHOES WITH FLAT SOLES & GREAT CUSHIONING:

(so we can bond Groove Soles on air-tight)

STEP 2) SEND US YOUR SHOES VIA 1 OF THESE 3 FREE SHIPPING METHODS BELOW:
I) If you already have the right shoes, we'll email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label:
1. Order Groove Soles + Installation + Free UPS Shipping HERE
2. We will create & email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label within a day.
3. Print the UPS shipping label and attach it to your shoe box / package.
4. You can either have UPS pick-up your package at your home or office, OR you can drop it off at one of thousands of UPS drop-off locations. To schedule a pick-up, you can either use the UPS App or UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
5. After your shoes arrive here at the Groove Lab, we will install Groove Soles and then ship your shoes to you.
6. You'll receive your "Groovified" shoes from us about 2 to 7 days later, depending how far you live from Los Angeles.
7. And then, of course, all you gotta do is JUST GROOVE.
II) If you want new shoes & know the EXACT size* that fits you, use Zappos.com:
1. Buy your shoes at Zappos.com
2. In Zappos' shipping section, enter your name and OUR address like this:

4. After your shoes arrive here at the Groove Lab, we will install Groove Soles then ship your shoes to you.
5. You'll receive your "Groovified" shoes from us about 2 to 7 days later, depending how far you live from Los Angeles.
6. And then, of course, all you gotta do is JUST GROOVE.
* Note: you can NOT return shoes to Zappos after we bond Groove Soles to them, so you MUST know for sure that the shoes you order will fit your feet. For example, if you always wear size 11 in Supra Skytops, then order them. If you're not sure, go try some on at a local store, then go back to Zappos.com to do this method so you don't have to deal with shipping us the shoes yourself.

III) If you want new shoes but need to try them on for size first, go to Nordstrom:

For International Customers outside the U.S.
Hopefully you will be able to send me shoes directly from Zappos.com, Nordstroms.com. or any other U.S. store. However, if not, here's what we can do:
1. Email us a link to the exact shoes you want and include the shoes' brand name, style, colorway, and size.
2. We will find those shoes in the U.S., then let you know how much it will cost us to buy those shoes here, add Groove Soles, and then ship them to your country.*
3. Then you can pay us the full amount via PayPal, and we will buy the shoes here and take care of the rest.
* We cannot free global shipping because we would lose money on every international order, so the total costs will include shipping + any duty taxes, import fees, etc. For example, $85 Supra Belmont shoes + $99 Groove Soles + $60 shipping, taxes, duties, etc. = $244 total.
